Key Responsibilities
* You will spearhead the development and implementation of our global SEO strategy, with the aim of maximising organic search visibility through collaborative efforts with local market teams.
* In close partnership with our Communications team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and rolling out best-in-class global website guidelines.
* Whether it involves keyword research or on-page optimisation, you will provide guidance and support to local markets to elevate their SEO performance.
* Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role, requiring effective working relationships with IT, Communications, agencies and design teams to implement technical SEO improvements.
* You will closely monitor global performance, tracking organic traffic, rankings and conversions – and distilling data into actionable insights.
* By benchmarking competitors and identifying emerging trends, you will uncover new opportunities to drive growth through organic channels.
Requirements
* You possess at least 3-5 years of experience in SEO and website management, underpinned by a solid foundation in both strategy and execution.
* With a captivating personality and a drive for continuous improvement, you are someone who brings energy and initiative to everything you do.
* You have a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth – and tangible results to back up your claims.
* You can demonstrate strong project management skills, particularly when coordinating multiple stakeholders across internal teams and external partners.
* Proficiency in key SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs and Google Search Console is essential.
* An understanding of UX/UI best practices enables you to seamlessly integrate SEO with user experiences.
* Experience in the healthcare sector or other regulated industries would be beneficial.
* Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages a desirable asset.
