We are seeking a seasoned facilities management professional to lead our team in Dresden. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, including customer service, and leading the area and object leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily business operations, especially customer services
* Lead area and object leadership teams in Dresden
* Evaluate and improve relevant organizational processes for object setup
* Maintain and develop customer relationships and build reliable connections with new customers
* Oversee personnel management and ensure adherence to work safety guidelines
* Plan, decide, and control targeted optimization measures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Fundamental education: Completed vocational training in cleaning (e.g., hygiene expert or master's degree with economic understanding) or equivalent qualification
* Experience counts: Several years of experience in a comparable position within the service industry, preferably with leadership responsibility
* Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the field of cleaning or facility management services
* Kaluation expertise: Experience in calculating and preparing offers for service contracts
