Your tasks
* Daily Business: As a Control Tower Specialist, you will be responsible for import and export processing worldwide. You will ensure smooth operations and coordinate all logistical processes from order acceptance to delivery.
* Tracking & Trace: You monitor and track all shipments using modern tracking tools, keep customers informed about shipment status, and take proactive action in case of deviations or delays to ensure on-time delivery.
* Customer Focus: As the main point of contact for our customers, you are responsible for daily operations as well as order intake and processing. You handle customer inquiries and issues to ensure a high level of service quality and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Escalation Management: You will act as an interface between customers and suppliers to resolve conflicts efficiently and handle customer concerns professionally to ensure a positive customer relationship.
Your profile
* Convincing Background: You have a degree in economics, an apprenticeship in forwarding and logistics services (all genders) or a comparable qualification.
* Skill Journey: You have a strong background in supply chain management, shipping and logistics. Your deep understanding of the industry enables you to navigate complex logistics challenges and develop effective solutions.
* Strong Communicator: You are fluent in English – Proficiency in French and/or Polish is an asset, while German language skills are desirable but not required.
* Process Designer: In your role, you will work closely with our customers to develop and maintain efficient and customized processes. You will not only share your operational expertise but also understand the needs and requirements of our customers and develop innovative solutions.
* Analytical Skills: You are a forward thinker when it comes to improving and optimizing existing processes. Through continuous monitoring and analysis, you identify opportunities to increase efficiency and successfully implement your solutions.
