About the Role:
We are seeking a Manager, Sales Li-ion Specialities to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting existing customers and acquiring new ones, developing and implementing sales and growth strategies, preparing technical quotations, expanding business areas, and negotiating contracts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in electrical engineering or similar
* Deep knowledge in electrical engineering
* Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in Li-ion business
* Experience in project management
* Excellent negotiating skills and confidence in closing deals
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Willingness to travel internationally
