Your Mission at CGM: As a leading provider of software solutions for healthcare, we operate in 19 countries and employ nearly 9,000 dedicated professionals. You will work in a dynamic and innovative environment, filled with exciting opportunities. With your commitment and passion, you’ll have the chance to make a lasting impact. CGM Leverages AI: We are looking for people who are inspired by the power of AI in eHealth, eager to shape transformation, and curious at heart—ready to see how technology can make healthcare smarter, easier, and better. Together, we are shaping the future of healthcare. Become part of our mission and make a difference - for a world where knowledge saves lives! Your Contribution: Lead one of CGM's most important strategic transformation initiatives – a multi-year, enterprise-wide program that will fundamentally reshape how we operate, serve customers, and scale globally. Align and implement a new customer-oriented organizational structure and target operating model into the IT landscape, creating the foundation for CGM's future way of working. Establish master data governance and golden records across Customer, Product, Org/HR, and Vendor domains – the prerequisite for reliable processes, reporting, and analytics. Drive end-to-end process harmonization with a focus on the full customer lifecycle and data management, increasing standardization before system implementation. Oversee the implementation of SAP S/4HANA as core ERP platform and SAP CX Suite (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) as CRM platform, following Clean Core principles and Fit-to-Standard methodology. Build the enterprise data warehouse, analytics capabilities, and KPI framework that enable data-driven decision-making at all organizational levels. Ensure business and financial steering integrity through rigorous validation and testing before go-live. Plan and execute phased multi-country rollouts with country-specific localizations, managing dependencies across legal entities and regulatory environments. Report directly to executive leadership as the single point of accountability for program delivery across integrated workstreams. What you bring along: A proven track record of successfully delivering multiple enterprise transformations of comparable scale – not as a workstream lead, but as the accountable program leader. Demonstrated experience leading combined organizational and technology transformations, understanding that org design and master data must precede system implementation. Deep expertise in ERP and CRM implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA and SAP CX Suite, with a strong grasp of Clean Core principles and integration architecture. Command of master data management, data governance frameworks, and financial controlling structures (profit centers, cost centers, intercompany flows). Experience building enterprise analytics and performance management capabilities on top of transformed data foundations. A track record of managing multi-country rollouts across different legal and regulatory environments, with clear understanding of localization dependencies. The credibility to manage complex stakeholder landscapes up to C-level, influencing high-stakes decisions and driving accountability across workstreams. A leadership style that balances governance rigor with execution speed, with a proven ability to keep programs on track – or recover them. 10 years of professional experience, with 5 years in enterprise program management. Exceptional academic background with a degree from a leading university in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. PgMP, MSP, SAFe, or SAP Activate certification preferred. Fluent in German and English. Healthcare IT / MedTech experience a plus. What you can expect from us: Mobile work : Work flexibly on the move two days a week and on site three days a week.
