As a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Akkodis, you will support one of our clients by engineering complex, tailor-made noise control solutions such as enclosures, walls, containers, ventilation systems, doors and silencers. These solutions are developed for sectors including industry, maritime, energy and construction. You take technical ownership within projects and ensure a smooth and high quality engineering process.
You work within a multidisciplinary team of (lead) engineers and specialists. Together, you translate technical and financial customer specifications into 3D models and production drawings. You collaborate closely with sales, project management, production and assembly to deliver projects from concept to final installation .
You monitor technical progress, quality, costs and hours. Your decisions have a direct impact on manufacturability, quality and customer satisfaction. A unique aspect of this role is that you see the entire process, from concept to assembly, because everything is developed and built in-house .

* Taking technical leadership within projects
