Responsibilities
1. Carrying out service orders with clearly defined objectives
2. Testing, calibration and preventive maintenance of electronic devices
3. Adjustment of electronic measuring devices
4. Careful and structured planning of work processes
5. Assessing the functionality of electronic measuring devices
6. Solving technical problems, even with complex requirements
Professional customer contact, even in challenging situations
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
7. Completed training as an electronics technician or equivalent
8. Handling electronic measuring devices
9. Knowledge of manual and automated calibration
10. Basic knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO and ISO
11. Willingness to travel (up to 20 weeks per year)
12. Basic IT skills (MS Windows, Office applications)
13. Independent working style and good organizational skills
Nice to have Qualifications:
14. State-certified technician or comparable qualification
15. Professional experience in the field of calibration processes
16. Advanced knowledge of calibration processes
17. Experience in dealing with customers in a technical service environment
18. Knowledge of data analysis or automated calibration tools
19. Experience with quality assurance processes in metrology
20. Relevant experience in the calibration of measuring instruments
