For our office in Hamburg, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated person to fill the position of (Senior) Energy Trading Market Access Software Specialist / 2nd Level Support in the Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) Market Access & Intraday Solutions team. Market Access enables business in BA Markets through timely and sustainable delivery of application development and support in the area of Energy Trading. You will be responsible for our Market Access applications, from system analyses and daily support to change management. This includes the coordination of external software suppliers, configuration management, follow-up on market changes, and on-the-floor trader support. Your key responsibilities: Direct interaction with traders, software vendors, and IT departments in Vattenfall Provide technical support and resolve problems for our trading business Enable trade execution for traders and automate trading processes in close collaboration with the application vendor Monitor, analyze, and fix the Front Office IT system Ongoing enhancements to our work environment and methodologies are significant motivators in our daily operations Contribute actively to the SCRUM events of the agile & DevOps team and adhere to the established SCRUM framework.
