Your Tasks
* Lead strategic transformation projects with high visibility and direct interaction with senior leadership
* Provide internal consulting services in the areas of transformation, organizational design, process excellence, and operational efficiency
* For critical strategic initiatives, act as interim project manager, driving execution and stakeholder alignment
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
* Support the development of internal consulting methodologies, tools, and best practices
Your Qualifications
* Completed university degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable field
* Several years of experience in a top management consultancy or in in‑house consulting
* In‑depth experience in developing and leading transformational projects and in managing complex international projects
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as strategic thinking
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, also in an international environment
* High level of self‑motivation, commitment, and leadership potential
