1. Comprehensive support for our key accounts from order receipt to preparation for dispatch
2. Administrative processing of incoming goods and outgoing goods in the warehouse management system
3. Operational order management and monitoring of order progress
4. Preparation of shipping documents and driver dispatch
5. Interface function and constant communication with the warehouse scheduling department
6. Developing and driving forward process improvements
7. Maintenance and processing of statistics
Your profile:
8. Successfully completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or alternative commercial training
9. First professional experience preferably in contract logistics desirable
10. Initial experience in dealing with warehouse management systems is an advantage
11. Good knowledge of MS Office
12. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
13. Flexibility and organizational skills
14. Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts)
