You will be our first dedicated developer relations lead responsible for building the voice of Unikraft and scaling our developer ecosystem. You will own the content, messaging, and storytelling that positions Unikraft as the category leader. You'll work closely with the CEO and GTM team to translate cutting-edge cloud technology into compelling narratives that build trust, establish expertise, and generate demand across all funnel stages.
Someone who can explain deeply technical infrastructure concepts in ways that make engineers excited while executives still understand the business value. As our first content hire, you'll have massive autonomy to build from scratch and significant growth potential as we scale.
Content Strategy: Define and execute the full content roadmap spanning blogs, tutorials, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and social. Make content that strategically maps to all funnel stages from awareness to advocacy.
Messaging & Positioning: Own the messaging architecture that shapes how the market understands Unikraft and positions us as the leading platform to deploy AI agents, Managed DBs, Headless Browsers, Sandboxing, etc.
Developer Content: Build hands-on technical guides, demos, sample deployments, and walkthroughs that empower engineers to succeed with Unikraft.
Thought Leadership: Collaborate with founders and engineers to publish original research, benchmarks, and perspectives that build trust with the developer community.
SEO/AEO & Distribution: Establish editorial standards ensuring all content is technically accurate, clear, and unmistakably Unikraft.
Native (or equivalent) English Speaker: Exceptional written and verbal communication is non-negotiable. Hands-On Technical Experience: You can read APIs, experiment with SDKs, write code, and turn a conversation with an engineer into developer-ready content.
~ Proven Content/DevRel Track Record: Show don’t tell. We want to see technical blogs, documentation, videos, or community work that made a real impact.
~ Skilled at framing complex technical detail in ways that resonate with engineers, product managers, and executives alike. Developer Empathy: You know how developers think, what excites them, and how to earn their trust. Startup DNA: Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity. There is no content or marketing team yet, you are the team.
~ Existing presence in the cloud-native, infrastructure, or open-source developer community. Could be on LinkedIn, X, Substack, etc.
~[BONUS] Complementary Skills: Experience with video scripting, webinars, developer livestreams, or public speaking.
