Purpose of the Role: This role supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across the DACH region and ensures alignment with ERA’s global marketing strategy. It also gives the opportunity to drive and develop AI-based initiatives. As part of a cross-border team, the Marketing Manager will work closely with DACH management and the UK-based Global Marketing team to drive visibility, generate leads, and strengthen the ERA brand.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create marketing content (online and offline) in German
· Integrate AI-tools in marketing approach
· Coordinate and support local events, webinars, and trade shows
· Develop and manage social media activities across LinkedIn and other channels
· Execute email marketing campaigns (incl. CRM integration, list management)
· Support press and PR activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders
· Assist in the development of regional marketing strategies and assets
· Design PowerPoint presentations and sales materials tailored to target groups
· Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing with business development initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· 3–5 years of experience in a marketing-related role
· Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written)
· Experience and in-depth knowledge with AI-based tools and emerging technologies
· Good understanding of social media and digital marketing channels
· Strong PowerPoint, SharePoint and Microsoft Office skills
· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
· Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
· Strong organizational skills and a hands-on, proactive attitude
· Experience in the b2b sector
· Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work across cultures and departments
