We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Implementation Expert to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing and developing HR systems, with a strong focus on payroll management and data migration.
This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills, making it an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Analyze functional and technical requirements for HR and payroll modules;
* Design and develop payroll calculation rules, including salaries, allowances, deductions, and indexation;
* Migrate data from legacy systems to new HR ERP platforms, ensuring seamless integration with partner systems;
* Implement new functional and technological requirements, collaborating closely with HR and IT teams;
* Conduct thorough testing, documentation, and user training to ensure successful system adoption;
* Monitor regulatory and legal changes affecting HR and payroll, advising the organization accordingly.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, HR Information Management, or equivalent;
* Proven track record in analysis and development within HR/payroll environments;
* In-depth understanding of Luxembourg payroll rules and/or public-sector frameworks;
* Hands-on experience with query and scripting languages (SQL, EDUCOS scripting, reporting tools);
* Familiarity with HR processes (career management, working time, absences, training);
* Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong documentation discipline;
* Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is considered an asset;
* Experience in HRIS version upgrades or HR digitalization initiatives would be highly valued.
