WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
For the IT & Digital Transformation Performance Materials unit, we are seeking a motivated and proactive student to support our division's AI transformation journey.You will collaborate closely with our program manager to prioritize and implement AI initiatives, playing a key role in change management and enablement activities. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience as part of a motivated and supportive team within a dynamic corporate environment.
* As a Working Student in AI Transformation, you will help to plan and facilitate change management initiatives and ensure effective communication of changes across the organization.
* You will contribute to the creation of communication and training materials, including websites, presentations, and learning snippets.
* Finally, you will assist the program manager in coordinating and monitoring the prioritization and implementation of initiatives.
WHAT YOU OFFER
* enrolled student in Business Administration, Information Technology, Psychology, or a related field
* strong interest in project management, change management and communication
* excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Members from states outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland are requested to send their residence/work permit, including the relevant supplementary sheet as well as the completed questionnaire
