Your Contribution:
1. Coordinate and inspire a dedicated team of product managers, product owners, and requirements engineers to foster a dynamic and creative work atmosphere.
2. Actively shape the company’s strategic direction by providing critical insights and defining a visionary end-to-end product strategy. You will oversee its implementation throughout the entire product lifecycle to ensure sustainable success in healthcare.
3. Collaborate closely with development teams to create detailed roadmaps and release plans, conduct thorough effort estimations, and support product management in prioritizing key tasks.
4. Leverage your analytical skills to monitor market trends, develop innovative market and competitive strategies, and continuously evaluate and adjust product plans.
5. Utilize your exceptional communication skills to effectively present our innovative software solutions and their benefits for healthcare at sales events and marketing activities, making a significant contribution to the realization of our vision.
What We Expect From You:
6. Extensive experience in IT product management in a similar role, with proven leadership skills, ideally in the healthcare or digital sector.
7. Profound knowledge in clinical product management, ideally gained through professional experience in clinical settings or close collaboration with medical professionals. A background in medicine or direct experience in clinical product development is highly valued.
8. A completed degree, preferably from a renowned university in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a related field, demonstrating your solid foundation and ability to execute complex products effectively.
9. A high degree of personal accountability, strong customer orientation, and entrepreneurial and analytical thinking, all of which form the basis for successful product development.
10. Fluent German and very good English skills, enabling you to act effectively and confidently in an international environment and build relationships that support business success.
