We're seeking a Sales Development Professional to support B2B sales strategy, client acquisition, and relationship management. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape business growth in a purpose-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
* Support lead generation and client outreach, including CRM data maintenance.
* Prepare pitch decks, client proposals, and meeting presentations.
* Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities.
* Manage inbound client inquiries and assist with sales analytics and reporting.
* Participate in business development meetings and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
* A proactive self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proficient in German (minimum C1 level) — English essential for professional communication with clients and partners.
