Your Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll go beyond customer support area. You’ll be part of a team that helps shape the full customer experience — from process design to communication. You’ll work cross-functionally and make sure our customers in the DACH region have a clear, consistent, and smooth experience with Raisin.
* Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement or innovation.
* Take ownership of smaller projects and ensure that important information is delivered clearly to customers (e.g. via mass communications, banners, etc.).
* Spot opportunities for improving processes and supporting business growth.
* Maintain and update operational workflows (e.g. document review) that are relevant to our customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Marketing, and Customer Service) to support the rollout of new features and ensure a high-quality experience for our customers and partners.
* Review and improve automated customer communications.
* Identify improvements in the customer journey.
Your Profile
* Hands-on experience in customer service, customer care, or support roles
* A proactive mindset and a passion for improving how things work
* Strong communication skills in German (C2) and English
* Curiosity and interest in learning more about financial products and digital tools
* A team-oriented attitude, reliability, and a desire to grow in your career
