1. Administrative follow-up: Manage tasks related to academic scholarships and awards, including case follow-up, documentation, reporting, and financial management. Ensure accurate and timely completion of these tasks.
2. Committee organization: Coordinate the formation and operation of committees responsible for selecting scholarship recipients. This involves communicating with stakeholders, setting deadlines, and facilitating committee meetings.
3. Deadline management: Monitor relevant deadlines to ensure coordination between timelines in student recruitment and funding requirements. Develop strategies to mitigate delays or potential risks.
4. Project development: Design, develop, and implement projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Focus on creating value-added initiatives that drive engagement and outcomes.
5. Process improvement: Implement and improve processes for scholarship management, contributing to lean and transparent operations. Identify areas for enhancement and develop solutions to optimize efficiency.
6. Training and support: Provide necessary training and support to staff and partners involved in scholarship programs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
7. Fellowship administration: Handle tasks for doctoral and postdoctoral fellowships, including translating call details and implementing contracts. Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
8. Communication: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including students, faculty members, and external partners. Share information, progress, and outcomes in a clear and concise manner.
9. Fundraising: Liaise with fundraising teams to support scholarship donations, donor stewardship, and recognition plans. Build relationships with key stakeholders to secure funding and resources.
10. International relations: Collaborate with international relations teams to facilitate scholarship opportunities and partnerships. Develop strategic alliances to enhance global engagement and cooperation.
