Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities and secure orders, including adjacent industries.
* Negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts in alignment with internal stakeholders.
* Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and handling complaints professionally.
* Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems.
* Promote SCHOTT's products at trade shows and cross-functional meetings.
* Collaborate with global teams to execute regional strategy.
About You
* You hold a Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline, combined with 5 years of success in technical sales.
* You have a strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
* You possess the ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
* You are fluent in English and skilled in building relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
* You are comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities.
