9. Leading multifunctional teams (MFTs) to manage complex quality issues
10. Definition, creation and release of inspection standards (e.g. Control Plan)
11. Responsibility for developing, optimizing, and adhering to inspections in accordance with the inspection strategy.
12. Driving continuous improvement projects to increase process quality
13. Description and monitoring of quality specifications in the area of inspection planning
Your profile
14. Completed technical studies or a qualification as a technician/specialist in the field of engineering or aerospace.
15. At least 2 years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering, quality management or quality assurance
16. Sound knowledge of the FMEA and APQP methods is required.
17. Confident use of SAP, MS-Excel and Google Workspace
18. Fluent German and English skills
19. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and assertiveness.
20. Practical experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and the ability to read technical drawings are advantageous.
