Corporate Officer Opportunity
A pivotal role has been created within our organization, allowing for the optimal distribution of workload among our existing team members.
This position encompasses a wide range of services including financial administration, tax compliance, and corporate governance. The clientele consists mainly of financial institutions, featuring prominent entities such as private equity firms and real estate organizations.
Responsibilities:
* Administer the daily corporate operations of entities within your portfolio, encompassing all stages from inception to dissolution.
* Develop legal documentation such as meeting minutes, annual reports, and statutory amendments.
* Facilitate seamless communication with clients, banks, regulatory bodies, lawyers, and notaries.
* Publish annual accounts on the trade register and effect other necessary modifications.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in a corporate or legal capacity within a fiduciary, PFS, ManCo, or Big Four entity in Luxembourg.
* Proficient communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal.
* A rigorous, well-organized approach with a commitment to setting an example.
