TASKS WITH IMPACT
Our E-Commerce department plays a key role in driving the further development of the Douglas Marketplace across Europe. With a strong focus on Central and Eastern Europe, we continuously expand a high-quality partner ecosystem to offer our customers an attractive and diverse assortment. As Senior Manager Partner Acquisition CEE, you actively contribute to the growth of our marketplace model and collaborate closely with international stakeholders and local subsidiaries.
Responsibilities
* You identify, scout and evaluate potential marketplace partners across the CEE region for your assigned Douglas countries based on defined criteria
* Propose new partner leads and consult local subsidiaries on the selection and prioritisation of suitable partners
* You conclude predefined contracts, including the negotiation of commercial terms, and ensure that technical and legal requirements are met
* Review of product listing proposals from partners and ensure compliance with Douglas standards and quality requirements
* You report on acquisition activities and the current partner pipeline and create analyses and reports based on Mirakl, Salesforce, Adobe and Tableau to support data-driven decision-making
* Support of the onboarding of new partners via the Douglas Partner Support Space by creating training materials, guidelines and checklists
* You actively contribute to marketplace-related topics within Key Account Management and Business Development
* Representation the marketplace team at trade fairs and events and deliver presentations or keynotes to attract new potential partners
Qualifications
* You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
* Ideally, you bring several years of experience in the e-commerce environment with a solid understanding of marketplace business models
* Strong negotiation skills and communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders
* You work in a structured and well-organised manner and keep an eye on the bigger picture, even in complex settings
* Very good skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Application of analytical thinking, data usage and market insights to support well-founded decisions
* You are a native Polish speaker and are fluent in English, both written and spoken; German, Czech or Slovak language skills are considered a plus
