Process Owner for Information Security Incident Management
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's incident response strategy, ensuring seamless integration with regulatory and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and Continuously Enhance the Incident Response Process: Develop, implement, and maintain effective incident response procedures, aligning them with industry standards and best practices.
* Strategic Guidance and Operational Support: Provide expert guidance to the Cybersecurity Incident Response Team, ensuring adherence to established protocols and procedures.
* Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders (data privacy, business units, technical teams) and external partners to ensure cohesive process integration and operational efficiency.
* Training and Awareness Initiatives: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the organization's incident response maturity and preparedness.
Requirements:
* Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Business Process Management, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT service management, or security operations, with a focus on process ownership and governance.
* Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of incident response frameworks, security operations, and process management.
* Risk Management and Compliance: Strong understanding of risk management, industry security standards, and compliance requirements.
