* Cross‑border acquisitions, private equity investments, mergers, joint ventures and transactions in regulated markets
* Corporate reorganisations and the design and optimisation of group structures
* Advising corporate bodies on strategic decisions and on complex issues of corporate governance, directors' duties and compliance
