Strategic sales leader - enterprise growth

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and success in our Enterprise Sales division. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about leading high-performing teams, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.


As a Sr. Manager Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value to our clients. You will be the face of our company to our most strategic accounts, and your expertise will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business.




Key Responsibilities:



* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs

* Own Adobe's top FSI industry accounts, driving growth and retention

* Build strong value propositions and uncover new business opportunities

* Collaborate across Solution Sales and DX teams to execute GTM strategy

* Deliver accurate forecasting and ensure world-class account management

* Drive customer adoption, QBRs, and value realization initiatives





Requirements:



* 5+ years leading quota-carrying AE teams in SaaS (not overlay roles)

* 10+ years in direct SaaS software sales (software + services a plus)

* Proven track record with CIO/CDO/CMO-level stakeholders in FSI

* Experience with complex, enterprise-level sales cycles

* Strong coaching and people leadership skills; track record of team development

* Excellent communication skills in English and German
