Facilities Coordinator Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office space.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage meeting rooms and ensure they are prepared for meetings and events
* Coordinate with event organizers to provide necessary support and resources
* Participate in the planning and execution of office events and activities
* Maintain accurate records of beverage requests and supplies
* Evaluate and improve cleanliness standards in all facilities
* Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by reporting any issues or hazards
* Distribute mail and collect outgoing mail on a daily basis
* Monitor and manage buffer stocks and perform minor printer interventions as needed
* Ensure that office signage is up-to-date and accurate
* Promote staff safety and first aid procedures throughout the organization
Requirements:
* A high school diploma or equivalent education level
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an office environment
* Proficiency in English and French (C1 level)
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* An ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
