The MTO Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Plan, develop, and execute MTO (Market-to-Order) marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition and business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with sales and operational objectives.
Support the development of go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
Manage digital marketing activities across channels including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on KPIs, analytics, and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing to improve messaging, conversion rates, and engagement.
Content & Brand Management
Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing content, including campaign messaging, promotional materials, and digital assets.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics using analytics tools.
Prepare detailed marketing reports and dashboards for leadership review.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success.
Participate in virtual meetings, planning sessions, and performance reviews.
Maintain clear documentation of marketing processes and campaign results.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
Must reside in the United States.
Must possess a valid U.S. work permit or work authorization.
