HR-Intern (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
•Supporting management and leadership team members with administrative tasks.
•Preparing statistics, reports, and presentations.
•Handling correspondence with business partners in English and Chinese, and in German where applicable.
•Creating, publishing, and managing job postings.
•Supporting applicant management and recruiting processes.
•Contributing to the optimization of daily business processes.
•Preparing and following up on meetings and conferences.
•Taking on office management tasks and supporting day-to-day operations.
•Assisting in the planning and organization of company events.Your Qualifications:
•Ongoing university studies or completed vocational training in a relevant field.
•Interest in or initial experience in organization and office management.•Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
•Basic knowledge of German labor law is an advantage.
•Ideally a student with good Chinese and English language skills; German skills are a plus.
•Reliability, discretion, and a team-oriented working style.
