At their Taufkirchen location, you will strengthen the product development department for state-of-the-art IFF (Identification Friend or Foe) systems and communication solutions. Here, highly complex system solutions are developed for airborne, land-based, and seaborne platforms (e.g., secondary radar, transponders). If you possess in-depth Linux knowledge down to kernel level and are proficient in C, you can expect a project with maximum technological depth.

Your tasks
8. Software development: Independent development of real-time, multi-tasking Linux applications in C.
9. Requirements & Design: Professional creation of software requirements as well as the design of software design artifacts and models (UML).
10. Testing & Integration: Routine execution of unit testing as well as active support and implementation of CI/CD processes.
11. Infrastructure: Continuous maintenance, upkeep and optimization of the existing Linux-based infrastructure.
12. Process conformity: Consistent application and adherence to the strictly defined development processes.
Your profile
13. Qualification: Completed studies (at least Bachelor's degree) in computer science or a comparable technical qualification.
14. Development expertise: Several years of in-depth professional experience in application software development with excellent programming skills in C.
15. Operating systems: Very confident handling of Linux, explicitly including in-depth knowledge of kernel space .
16. Networks & Tools: Solid initial experience with network and/or bus protocols. Knowledge of Enterprise Architect is a welcome bonus.
17. Soft skills: A high degree of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent. They integrate seamlessly into interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively.
18. Languages: Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory.
