INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Set priorities in daily business that focus on sales area development and achievement of targets Actively steer teams for success (across all channels) Analyze and influence all sales area related kpis – leverage sales driver tree (core kpis) across all channels Drive action plans for team members and actively manage sales force performance Conduct individual performance talks with team members Regularly report area development to superior and align planned actions Attract, develop and retain people through proactive feedback, coaching and target setting Regularly (monthly) accompany field sales reps in daily business Continuously push sales excellence: evaluate tour planning, balance customer acquisition and existing contacts Focus on team performance (alt. Channels) for individual sales areas, enhance efficiency and margin management, push for (after sales) services, evaluate data quality in the systems (customer card, interaction reports, etc.) SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for roll-out of pricing concepts, margin impact, and positioning of brand Plan on yearly basis, align operational targets and sales plans (in coordination with sales manager and field sales reps) Keep deadlines and deliverables, hold others accountable to do the same Support sales team (sales reps; alt. Channels) to achieve performance by establishing connections to topic experts when necessary establishing a social network within your district
