These are your tasks:
* Leading and mentoring a team of Senior Managers and assigned staff, fostering collaboration and communication, and development.
* Defining departmental vision, scope, objectives, and milestones, and aligning them with the overall Engineering and business strategy.
* Overseeing the allocation and management of resources (budgets, personnel, etc.) for various projects and tasks.
* Identifying and executing opportunities to improve Engineering methodologies, tools, and processes.
* Tracking performance, analyzing metrics, and providing correcting actions and regular updates to stakeholders.
