Head of cabin interiors engineering (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

• Leading and mentoring a team of Senior Managers and assigned staff, fostering collaboration and communication, and development.
• Defining departmental vision, scope, objectives, and milestones, and aligning them with the overall Engineering and business strategy.
• Overseeing the allocation and management of resources (budgets, personnel, etc.) for various projects and tasks.
• Identifying and executing opportunities to improve Engineering methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Tracking performance, analyzing metrics, and providing correcting actions and regular updates to stakeholders.

Who we are looking for:

• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop medium to large teams.
• Experience with various Cabin & Interiors Engineering areas and principles.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and effectively resolve complex issues.
• Understanding of financial principles and ability to manage project budgets.
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
