Job Title: Site Office Manager/ Team Assistant

CloudHQ has state-of-the-art data center sites located on two Northern Virginia campuses, as well as London, Frankfurt, Paris, Milan, and São Paulo, and we anticipate exponential growth over the next several years both in the US and abroad.

What The Role Entails

This role is critical to ensuring that CloudHQ team members, partners and clients can work together smoothly. We pride ourselves on collaborating with best-in-class partners across all areas of our work and all geographies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the efficient organisational flow of the business and projects. This will include organising business departments, project teams, consultants, suppliers and organisational units of the company to ensure the success of the business. The role will support all internal teams to ensure an overall optimal workflow, with tasks ranging from coordinating site logistics for project tours to arranging catering for company events.

Primarily, the role will focus on assisting the Frankfurt-based team members including the Development and Construction teams. The position is based in Offenbach/Frankfurt with time being split between the CloudHQ corporate office and construction sites in the FFM area. The successful candidate will frequently represent CloudHQ when dealing with external partners and clients.

What You Will Get to Do

* Office management
* General office organisation (mail processing, filing, ordering)
* Materials management
* Collaboration with IT to solve low level IT related issues
* Document maintenance and administration
* Management of appointments, calendars and meeting rooms
* Organisation of internal and external meetings and events
* Assisting the team with tracking of project-based activities
* Telephone and e-mail correspondence with customers and business partners
* Supporting the project team nationally and internationally
* Use of MS Office applications, Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, PowerPoint, Teams
* CloudHQ business is primarily conducted in English, but German language skills are essential in dealing with our local partners
* Provide solutions to additional ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders
