The Supply Chain & Logistics Director EMEA will be responsible for:
* Leading the end-to-end supply chain and logistics strategy across EMEA, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
* Driving digital transformation initiatives to enhance supply chain visibility, efficiency, and sustainability.
* Collaborating with manufacturing and commercial teams to align supply chain operations with business growth and customer expectations.
* Overseeing third-party logistics providers and ensuring service excellence across all channels.
* Implementing best-in-class inventory management practices to optimize working capital and service levels.
* Leading cross-functional projects to improve supply chain agility and reduce environmental impact.
* Building and mentoring a high-performing, international supply chain team.
* Ensuring compliance with global standards and regional regulations across all logistics and supply chain activities.
* Representing the EMEA region in global supply chain leadership forums and contributing to the development of global best practices.
