Your Responsibilities – What We Expect from You the establishment, further development, and optimization of the company’s IT security. the administration, ongoing maintenance, and monitoring of central and local firewall systems (particularly Cisco and Fortinet) as well as VPN and SIEM systems. the implementation of measures for network and system hardening. the early detection and sustainable resolution of vulnerabilities and security risks. Ensuring a scalable and future-proof security architecture. Supporting the development of concepts for technical feasibility and the efficient implementation of business and technical requirements. Your Profile - You’ll impress us with a completed IT-related apprenticeship or degree, or relevant professional experience as a career changer. solid experience in the field of IT security and network protocols (including IPv6). Extensive practical experience in the operation, maintenance, monitoring, and continuous optimization of firewall systems (Cisco and Fortinet). Experience in assessing the risks of security incidents. Good written and spoken German skills (at least C1 level). A structured approach to work, as well as an agile and proactive mindset.
