Your tasks
7. Definition and binding clarification of roles, tasks, competencies and responsibilities of project members
8. Initialization and implementation of agile practices and principles, including ensuring and controlling the agile approach in the project teams
9. Management of Scrum events, including planning, sprints, dailies, sprint reviews and final retrospective
10. Training methods and content via various learning channels in workshops, lectures or as on-the-job training
11. Supporting the Product Owner team in the creation and prioritization of the project/product line plan and stage plans
12. Acting as a point of contact for questions regarding obstacles and project status
13. Monitoring and controlling the sprint progress and defining measures in the event of deviations
14. Communicating with project planners and all stakeholders involved
Your profile
15. Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification
16. Certification as a Scrum Master and several years of experience in the practical application of the agile approaches Scrum and Kanban
17. Good knowledge of product development and the project execution process
18. Know-how in relation to scaling frameworks, e.g. SAFe, Nexus or Less
19. Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
20. Business fluent in written and spoken English
21. Strong moderation and presentation skills as well as good negotiation and discussion skills
22. Strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and a willingness to take responsibility
23. Willingness to travel worldwide
