As a Senior Officer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client companies. This involves providing expert guidance on laws applicable to our services and overseeing corporate administration tasks such as document preparation and register updates.
The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders including banks, Luxembourg administrations, notaries and ministry officials. You will also play a key part in mentoring junior officers by reviewing documentation prepared by them.
