Finance Transformation Expert (m/f/n)

Your mission
Develop and drive the Finance & Procurement transformation roadmap aligned with Creos’ strategic and regulatory priorities.
Analyse and optimize finance and procurement processes, systems, and data flows to improve efficiency, standardization, and automation.
Lead end-to-end transformation projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and post-implementation review.
Coordinate the implementation and enhancement of finance and procurement digital solutions (ERP, reporting, procurement platforms) in close collaboration with IT and business teams.
Perform financial, cost, and spend analyses to support budgeting, forecasting, sourcing decisions, and performance management.
Ensure transformation initiatives comply with governance, internal control, audit, and regulatory requirements while supporting change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile
Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance or finance transformation, experience in procurement transformation, project management or consulting roles would be considered an asset.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
Strong knowledge of finance and procurement processes, including budgeting, controlling, sourcing, purchasing, and reporting.
Experience with ERP and digital finance/procurement solutions (e.g. SAP, Power BI, procurement platforms).
Proven project management and stakeholder management skills in complex and cross-functional environments.
Good understanding of governance, compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Strong communication, coordination, and change management capabilities.
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with a continuous improvement mindset.
Fluent in English, German and/or French, Luxembourgish would be considered an asset.
