Oversee the activities of the demand center team, including digital media campaigns, agency handling, CRM/lead management, contact center operations, analytics and inside sales
Strategize and manage digital campaigns while enhancing CRM and lead management processes to improve lead quality & conversion
Work closely with regional business heads, sales leaders, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and deliver measurable business outcomes
Leverage data analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement and actionable insights
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
