Conduct ad-hoc analyses and derive actionable insights for management. Support HR Business Partners and leaders with workforce analytics to drive strategic HR planning. Ensure data accuracy and consistency of KPIs across countries and entities. Administer and continuously improve the global HRIS systems. Manage system updates, testing, and integrations. Your Profile A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant experience in HR analytics or a related area. Proven working experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar. Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP HRIS), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and advanced Excel skills (familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus) Solid understanding of HR processes, data structure, principles and regulations. High attention to detail and strong data quality discipline. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
