Your Mission As Chief Growth Officer, you will work directly alongside the Founder & CEO as a strategic partner, owning revenue growth, market expansion, and enterprise sales execution across Germany and Europe. This is a true executive leadership role with the opportunity for meaningful equity participation, designed for someone who wants ownership, long-term impact, and category-building responsibility. You will build TalentSure’s European growth engine.
