Strategic Partnership Manager, Automotive _corporate_fare_ Google _place_ Munich, Germany Mid Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking in the automotive industry. Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. Experience managing partnerships and agreements by collaborating with stakeholders across all functions and levels in an organization. Preferred qualifications: Experience in managing strategy projects (e.g., plan, new product launch) from inception to deployment. Experience in the automotive industry and EMEA automotive partnersu2019 business models and issues. Ability to cultivate close working relationships with key leaders internally and externally. Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and scale effectively across a distributed organization. Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills reflecting a nuanced approach to audiences. About the job Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce. As a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager within the EMEA Automotive Top Partners team, you will develop and manage partnerships, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong understanding of the Automotive industry, internal Google processes, products, and teams, to help us grow the commercial impact with big, complex and strategically important automotive companies. Most of your work will span across multiple functions, including Partnerships, Product, Business Development, Marketing, PR and Policy. The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Googleu2019s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Googleu2019s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Googleu2019s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products. Responsibilities Unlock sustainable Cross-Product Area (xPA) commercial value and advance Googleu2019s Artificial Intelligence (AI) leadership by forging partnerships with key European Automotive Companies to drive revenue acceleration and product adoption. Develop relationships with key automotive executives up to Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and align Google against the partnersu2019 most pressing objectives. Be the internal point of contact who creates transparency, cohesion, and clear objectives for all Google teams engaging with the partner. Deliver thought leadership and drive specific partner initiatives based on your holistic industry expertise. Enable cross-functional (xfn) teams to develop tailored vertical solutions across the automotive value chain.
