Ihre Aufgaben Develop algorithms for data-driven applications and optical-sensor-based products, especially Time-of-Flight (ToF) sensors Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical analysis on large and small datasets Design, prototype, and validate algorithms in Python or MATLAB Apply machine learning, statistical modeling, and signal/data processing techniques Optimize algorithms for efficiency, scalability, and deployment in real-world environments Improve existing algorithmic solutions and develop new methods for enhanced performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust data-driven solutions Document methodologies, assumptions, and results for reproducibility and long-term maintainability Ihr Profil Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar 5+ years of experience in data analysis, algorithm development, or related roles Strong skills in MATLAB and/or Python for algorithm design and data analysis Experience working with diverse datasets (both large-scale and small-scale) Solid understanding of statistical methods, numerical analysis, and data interpretation Solid background in signal processing and sensor data analysis; direct experience with ToF sensors Experience with machine learning and model evaluation desirable C/C++ porting of algorithms to embedded platforms considered an advantage Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on delivering practical, high-quality solutions Unser Angebot Attractive salary Flexible working hours Training opportunities & structured onboarding and development planning Opportunity for coaching, mentoring and networking
