To grow our team, we are looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager (d/f/m) to scale and professionalize our partnerships with Lead Management System (LMS), Dealer Management System (DMS) providers and other third party solutions within the dealer ecosystem across Germany. In this role, you will help strengthen mobile.de’s platform ecosystem by enabling seamless integrations and long-term, value-driven partnerships.
What you’ll do & who you are:
As Strategic Partnership Manager (d/f/m) Dealer Ecosystems, you will play a key role in expanding mobile.de’s platform and integration ecosystem.
You will work at the intersection of SaaS partnerships, product integrations, and commercial strategy, ensuring our partners can successfully build, integrate, and scale on top of the mobile.de platform.
We are looking for someone with a platform mindset, strong partner management skills, and experience translating technical capabilities into scalable business value.
Your role:
* Build and scale strategic platform partnerships : Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s SaaS offering, customer base, and integration strategy. Act as a trusted partner and advisor, aligning regularly on product roadmaps, growth opportunities, and shared objectives.
* Own partner integrations end-to-end : Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and integration phases. Lead technical and commercial workshops, coordinate stakeholders, and remove blockers to enable fast and reliable integrations.
* Strategic partner account development : Design and execute strategic account plans for third-party LMS / DMS providers, aligned with mobile.de’s platform and growth strategy.
* Build deep product and ecosystem expertise : Develop a strong understanding of LMS and DMS architectures and how they integrate via APIs and workflows within the mobile.de ecosystem. Identify opportunities to increase partner adoption, product value, and dealer impact.
* Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Dealer Key Account Management to ensure integrations are scalable, reliable, and commercially successful.
* Measure impact and drive insights : Track integration performance, partner health, and adoption metrics. Translate data and partner feedback into actionable insights for leadership and internal teams.
* Contracting and commercial ownership : Lead contract negotiations and renewals with key SaaS partners, including NDAs, SLAs, and partnership agreements.
Who you are
* 5–7+ years of experience in partnerships, key account management, or business development within a SaaS, platform, or tech-driven environment
* Strong experience managing strategic partners and integrations in a scalable, multi-stakeholder setup
* Confident communicator and negotiator, comfortable bridging technical, product, and commercial discussions
* Business-fluent in German and English
* Data-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics to optimize partner success
* Passion for digital platforms, APIs, and ecosystem-driven growth models
* Solid understanding of LMS and DMS systems (or closely related SaaS solutions)
* Willingness to travel within Germany as required to maintain strong partner relationships (10-20%)
