Drive the strategic development of a global accessories portfolio
In this role, you will lead the full product lifecycle of our Accessories business line. You will shape product strategy, optimize portfolio performance, and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders. Your work will have a direct and visible impact on the long‑term success of our high‑voltage and medium‑voltage accessories offering.
Your responsibility will be to:
1. Execute and refine the Accessories product strategy, focusing on cost‑out initiatives and operational excellence
2. Develop business cases and monitor the impact of strategic initiatives
3. Maintain accurate product and component data for customer-facing use
4. Drive ideation and realization of prioritized opportunities
5. Ensure transparent milestone tracking across product development activities
You will report to the Executive Vice President Accessories. The role can be based at any NKT location or remotely from a European country and includes approximately days of international travel per year.

You also have:
6. A university degree in business or a technical field (Electrical Engineering preferred)
7. Several years of experience in senior Product Management, R&D, or commercial positions
8. A strong track record working in complex technical environments, ideally within cables or accessories
9. Fluency in English; German is beneficial
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SAP
11. Experience in the cable or accessories market
