We are seeking an experienced Garage Support Representative (m/f/d) who wants to take their expertise from the workshop into an exciting new direction and to take the next step in their career.
Use your expertise and become a part of our team, where each colleague shares an automotive background, whether as a mechanic, mechatronics expert, or in other specialized fields, covering various vehicle manufacturers. Working alongside your experienced team, you ensure that we can provide our workshop customers with technical support for their requests.
You will support our workshop customers with questions about diagnostics and repairs for cars and commercial vehicles from all major manufacturers.
Continuous training is a matter of course for you to stay up to date with the latest technology.
You have completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician, master craftsman, or service technician and have several years of experience in an automotive workshop.
You have excellent automotive diagnostic skills and experience with various vehicle brands.
You have strong communication skills with fluent German and good English (B2) or higher, optionally Spanish.
