You'll be part of a rapidly growing IT team of over 20 members at NEURA Robotics, a fast-growing global robotics unicorn with around 1,500 users across multiple sites. Working closely with the Service Desk and our M365 Cloud Engineer, you'll own the endpoint and identity landscape that keeps NEURA's workforce connected, secure, and productive. You don't follow scripts — when something isn't working, you notice and act. Your mission & challenges Endpoint Administration (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android): Enroll, configure, and secure devices in Microsoft Intune — including Autopilot provisioning, rollout, and device replacements. Device Lifecycle: Handle device returns, perform secure resets and data wipes, refurbish and prepare ready-to-deploy equipment; maintain accurate asset and inventory records. Patch Management & Software Packaging: Support patch cycles and application packaging for deployment via Intune (Win32, MSI), keeping endpoints compliant and up to date. Identity & Access Support (Entra ID): Manage users and groups, perform MFA resets and device re-registration, configure guest access, and handle licence assignments. Security & Compliance: Support remediation of security incidents using MDR tooling; contribute to defining and maintaining technical policies such as Conditional Access, BitLocker, Defender, and GPO configurations. Collaboration Support (Teams/SharePoint): Provide end-user support for Microsoft Teams; manage permissions and sharing in SharePoint and OneDrive; troubleshoot issues. Processes & Quality: Help improve workflows through documentation, checklists, and standards; share knowledge with the Service Desk and key users; track and manage tickets in Jira. What we can look forward to Completed vocational training in IT (Ausbildung) or a bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or a related field. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration (users, groups, MFA, guest access) — or strong foundational knowledge for candidates earlier in their career. Familiarity with endpoint management in Intune — enrollment, profiles, compliance policies, and app deployment. Solid understanding of Windows ; macOS/iOS/Android experience is a plus. Experience with PowerShell and a genuine interest in using and extending scripts for automation. Basic understanding of security concepts — Conditional Access, endpoint protection, patch management. Structured, service-oriented way of working with strong communication skills. Fluent English, written and spoken (B2 or higher). Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
