What you´ll do Innovation Insider: · Actively participate in the innovation processes and coordinate running projects · Scout trends in color shades, formulas, fragrances, packaging etc. to fuel our innovation pipeline Concept Craftsman: · Develop new product concepts and packaging ideas Strategic Sherlock: · Conduct strategic market analysis, staying a step ahead in the industry · Monitor competitors’ activities, keeping us at the forefront of market trends · Deliver brand reviews and results presentations Workflow Wizard: · Update and administer standard reporting (e.g. market share report) · Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks (because even the coolest innovations need some behind-the-scenes coordination) What makes you a good fit Student (d/f/m) who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is beneficial Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel Strong communication and analytical skills Team-player with high level of independence Self-motivated, creative and open-minded personality Availability as of January 2026 for ideally 6 months for an internship at Henkel’s headquarter in Düsseldorf Some perks of joining Henkel Diverse national and international growth opportunities Globally wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs Attractive Remuneration Flexible working hours and hybrid work model Global Experience Interns Community We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
