Receptionist/Telephone Operator/Mail Clerk (m/f/d)
The position is available as soon as possible on a part-time basis (25-30 hours/week) in the Facility Management department in Darmstadt.

Your profile
* Completed commercial or comparable training
* Initial professional experience in administration desirable
* Good IT skills in MS Office
* Strong customer focus, friendly, confident, and articulate manner
* High level of commitment, quality and service orientation
* Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and resilience combined with an independent way of working
* Willingness to adjust working hours to the workload
* German language skills at C1 level and good English skills
* Euro driver's license B
