Responsibilities
* Identify high impact commercial and operational areas to be transitioned to GSC.
* Define the transition vision, mission and objectives for the addressed business domain(s).
* Assess financial impact and create business cases for process migration and internalization.
* Engage effectively with Key Stakeholders.
* Work closely with local and global management teams to align and drive transition goals.
* Design and execute change management communication and transition management plans.
* Identify and drive process efficiency initiatives to deliver on the efficiency KPIs.
* Ensure service delivery excellence and establish global best practices.
* Create and implement continuous improvement frameworks and KPI reporting.
* Ensure internal skills and team development in respective areas.
Qualifications
* Completed university degree in economics and 10 years leadership experiences in international environment.
* Experience in leading global transformations and change-management and solid experience in offshoring operations.
* Commercial expertise and financial acumen.
* Strategic and holistic thinking.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills towards senior leadership and executive level.
* Strong Customer and service orientation.
* Strong understanding of METROs strategy operating model and business domains.
* Building guiding and developing international teams.
