Look forward to a great atmosphere and real future prospects to shape with us the future of our SuccessFactors environment.Your ChallengeResponsibility (Product Owner) for all Processes managed in SAP SF Employee Central or in associated digital toolsAct as a master data expert in all HR digitalization initiatives and consult Global HR Process Owners in data quality and data strategy mattersSupport global experts in reaching the next level of professionalism by continuously improving SAP SF Employee Central and deriving valuable insights for strategic decision making from available dataAnalysis of complex data sets from different countries and derivation of recommendations for action, considering local requirementsIntegral member of the HR Digitalization & Tools team as a SF EC Product Owner, steering and consulting the Global HR Process Owners and closely cooperating with IT and other stakeholders in various HR Digitalization ProjectsLeading further development and implementation of all regulatory and legal requirements (e.g. HR data security), governance and quality requirements as an interface to all digitalization initiativesDiversity and inclusion are part of our DNA.
